Information for Tenants

Here’s what you can expect when renting through us:

After viewing a property, you’ll receive an online application form via our partnered referencing company.

If your application is accepted, you’ll pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent, which is deducted from your first month’s rent on move-in day.

On average, tenants pay one month’s rent upfront and a security deposit equal to five weeks’ rent at the start of the tenancy.

Your deposit is protected and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for the duration of your tenancy.

For non-urgent maintenance issues, please email our team at [email protected] — a team member will respond as soon as possible.

For urgent or out-of-hours matters, this email is monitored 24/7, and a member of the team will be on hand to assist. You’ll also be provided with a direct contact number for your dedicated lettings representative.
